Default Scalping Question on nfl money lines

Hello,
Could someone give me an actual example of what to look for when scalping a money line in more simple terms. I would like a couple examples of where it is a winning proposition. In other words an example of an actual game where you can bet both sides with no loss

In VERY simple terms, you want the number after the plus sign to be greater than the number after the minus sign.

For example Team A and Team B will play each other:

You find a book with Team A at +120
You find a book with Team B at -110.

That is an arb.

Of course, you also have to be sure to bet the correct amount on each side to be sure you don't have any exposur on one side.
