How to post a screenshot?

Hello,

I wanted to post a screenshot of my poker tracker stats just to get some feedback but Im not very computer literate and could use a little help.

Three steps:

1. Save the screenshot to a file (Copy picture to clipboard using PrintScrn button for whole screen, ALT+PrintScrn for active Window, then Paste into a graphics program and save to hard drive)

2. Upload the file to a website (on a blog, or imageshack.us or you own webspace etc)

3. Use Internet address of uploaded file in your post.
