For those with virus or spyware problems

I have seen lots of posts about viruses and spyware. The best program for spyware and virus protection is Norton antivirus and norton internet security. I recommend having a powerful firewall at all times. It prompts you as to what is allowed to access your computer as well as what you can access. Adaware as well as spybot are good for spyware, but I have found that they are not as complete as nortons program.
