Default The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. (NYSE:BSC)

Did anybody notice this company's stock-price history? it never went down, not even in 2000 crash.

http://money.cnn.com/quote/quote.htm...;x=32&y=20

Price/Book Ratio 1.22
PE Ratio - LTM 10.6
Price/Cash Flow 8.8
Return on Equity (ROE) - 5YEAR AVRG. 15.5
5-Y Average Dividend Yield 1.1
Market Capitalisation (mil) 11,265.9

On the downside
It's highly leveraged though, but guess that's normal for a financial institution.
Also, forcasted eps growth is very small for 2006 and analysts rate it NEUTRAL.

Ok, isnt this a great buy? Your opinions plz.
