Holdem Odds Book

Anyone ever check out that "Holdem" odds book, by "Petriv" is it? I always thought how well D+M could have done a book like that. I wonder what kind of stuff is in the book and I also wonder <while Im on books> when D+M are going to do a new Omaha 8 or better book now that it seems the game has progressed and STILL NOBODY has a clue as to what we should be playing after the top 8 hands Id say.
