PrtScr (printscreen) button.

Then paste it into Paint or something and save.

<print screen> will give you your entire monitor view.

<alt>+<print screen> will give you just the window currently selected.

Type mspaint into the run prompt or go and dig through your menu's for it and past the image into paint for some elementary editing, save it as a .jpg and you're good to go.
