video file error, cpu usage
whenever i play a video file from a certain folder my system slows to a crawl and comes close to hanging. under the task manager cpu usage for explorer is at 98%. is a file infected, or something else? i posted about this simliar problem a month ago, turns out i had a different spyware problem in addition to this, so i thought i had solved it. thanks.

Re: video file error, cpu usage
I do not run XP myself so I do not have that problem (one of the many reasons I still use 2000). But try http://www.moviecodec.com/topics/3588p1.html
