Easy to use file transfer tool?

I read about this file transfer tool a year ago, but I can't find it now that I need it. Anyone know of a software where I can assemble a kind-of EXE file with files I'd like to transfer, send it to a friend who then just runs it to start the file transfer between us?

I am using a program called foldershare - it's not exactly what you're talking about but it serves a similar purpose. you basically invite the other person to a "shared" folder on your computer.
