Default V8 for breakfast

I just woke up and had a can of V8 + 10 or so squirts of Tapatio. It was pretty tasty actually, but is this nutritious enough to serve as breakfast?

is tapatio hot sauce - only thing that sounded right in a search

i do not think that v8 alone would be -- maybe if you drank with some eggs, hash browns and sausage then it would be ok

cheers

a V8 has no where near as many calories you should be having for breakfast and no protein. if you want to have a drink for breakfast, drink a myoplex. or even a bowl of cereal with a cup of milk is more nutritious.
