handling of server crashes on truepoker

hi there,
last week i experienced two times a server crash while playing on truepoker.both times it was the final betting round and i bet my hand on the river against one opponent when we all were disconnected due to a server breakdown.at other sites it is now common to give all the involved players their money back.on truepoker however they handle it the same way but pay themselves the winner the amount he would have won if the hand reached the final betting round.so i got extra 80 $ which to my knowledge i wouldnt have got anywhere else.i guess a special big pokerroom experiencing a lot of breakdowns nowadays would go broke handling this the same way like truepoker!!
thats the first time i saw a pokerroom taking up responsibility upon a server crash.really great service truepoker!!
