Default IE Security Warnings driving me crazy!

Probably 5%-10% of the sites that i go to have something on them that makes IE pop up a security warning.

This generally just says "you're transferring secure information, is this okay?"

I have to click yes, or it doesn't let me see the rest of the site, and it also moves my mouse when this happens (I think).

It's really upsetting me.

But I know all the hotkeys for IE and I don't want to change to firefox.

Is there a way to get rid of these messages?

I don't have anything else running in the background during this time.
