Default BB vs. SB - Bubble Questions

Hypothetical Tourney

Blinds 50/100

UTG T4100
Button T3200
SB T1400
Hero-BB T1300

UTG & Button fold...

Two scenarios:

#1
Hero holding ? ?
SB limps
Hero ???

#2
Hero holding ? ?
SB limps
Hero Calls
Pot T200
SB bets T200

I have a problem with these conditions when I'm dealt absolute trash (say 27o for sake of discussion). Far too often IMO, I fall into the scenario #2, then fold to the 'usual' lead out by SB.

I will exploit reads, betting patterns, etc. to either raise from the BB, or reraise the flop from time to time.

But my question is, besides my 'feel', is there an accepted rule-of-thumb about SB limps?

Don't accept it ever? Always push?
Mix it up a bit?
Is there a range of hands that make this decision for Hero?

The blinds aren't THAT large yet. Both SB & BB are just trying to keep their heads above water until they find 'a real hand'

How do you manage your blind against this equal stack?

Any of you day guys want to take a crack at this? I'm getting way puss-ified in these situations.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance.
