Long time lurker and very sporadic poster. Just wanted everyone to know I just won a seat to the WPT 10K event at Foxwoods. I wanted to thank everyone here at 2+2 for all the good advice i have received here over the years. I hope to meet some 2+2ers in November. (Mayby even that guy that lives around there...) I played it on Paradise. Just stumbled across it about a minute b4 it started.

Congratualtions! I was suppose to be in that tourney you won last night but had them move me to the Thursday night one instead as something came up.

If you haven't been at a WPT tournament, it is a blast. Above all things, enjoy yourself.

How exactly does it work. Are they going to send you a voucher or something that Foxwoods will recognize. Also the value was for more than the buy-in of the tourney. Is there travel and/or hotel expenses included also?

I'd like to know just in case I can catch lightning in a bottle because that looks like one tough satellite to crack (1 seat for every 100+ entries).

All I know is they are going to register me for the event and then give me 1500 in traveling expenses to my account.
