Default Omaha question

Hi, I was just trying to work out the chances of getting double suited cards in a omaha hand(4 cards, with two cards of one suit and two cards of another suit), the answer I got was 26.97%, I got this using:

(4 * 13c2 * 3 * 13c2)/52c4

i.e. saying that there is 4 different suits that can make your first 2 cards ant 3 suits that can make the second 2 cards. This number seems far to big to be correct, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
