Typical ATMS allow $600 withdrawls (at least here in the nation's capital).

That's still only about a 1% fee.

Try Washington Mutual and Bank of America. I think the ATM limit varies from branch to branch so it could take some searching to find one.

Washington mutual is the bomb. They don't charge a fee at the ATM, so you only pay the Neteller fees. I'm fairly sure that I've taken $800 at time from there (LaBrea south of Melrose, and Fairfax & Beverly); $1000 may be possible.

I have accounts at both of those banks. $400 for BOA, and $300 for WMU.

I once called Neteller and they sent me a list of available ATMs in the area that had a $1000 withdrawal limit. I recognized most of the names, but I went to the first three on the list anyway, and the largest withdrawal I could make was $400 at a Chevron station and Target.

Well that sucks man.

I would try only bank-based ATMs until you find one that works. It might be easiest to just call every WAMU and BOA branch in the area and ask them. It's their ATM so they will probably know.

Good luck!

I know, but the problem is that...

Good Stippers = Good Coke

Needless to say, I have neither.

I use the debit card simply because in my country Neteller doesn't support bank transfers
