Seminar Reminder
Hi Everyone:
Just a reminder that David and I will do another seminar, this time at The Mirage, on April 25. We'll also go for a buffet afterwards. Best wishes, Mason Mirage Seminar: On Friday April 25 at 2:00 pm David Sklansky and Mason Malmuth will do a Question and Answer seminar at The Mirage. This will be similar to highly successful session they did last year. There is no charge and the exact location will be announced in the near future. Mirage Buffet: After the seminar, at 4:30 pm we are planning to go to the Mirage Buffet. Any attendee can join us. There will be a charge for the buffet ($18.72 tip included). So that we can estimate the number of tables that the Mirage Buffet needs to reserve for us, please email your intentions to attend to pokerbabe1@yahoo.com and let her know how many will be in your party.

Have them do one every month?
Let's see..... They gave a FREE seminar/Q&A in March. They're giving another FREE Q&A in April. Why don't you guys just ask for Sklansky's cell phone number so you can call him at your convenience for poker advice (with any luck, you'll get him while he's buying chips & is in a friendly mood). :-) In all seriousness I think it's real cool that they ARE having two of these get togethers in 2003. As cool as it may be how would I know when I'm not there when they're holding these seminars.
I just think a seminar by the middle/end of the wsop would make alot of sense since alot of out of towners would be able to participate. FatLoser

[img]/forums/images/icons/diamond.gif[/img] Well, I think it's been at least 60 days since the note was posted on the home page re: the April 25th seminar. You would know this simply by reading the home page. As for the date, the WSOP actually begins on 4/15/03. The seminar is 10 days later, which seems like a great time to hold it. If you want the opportunity to ask David and Mason ANY question on ANY area of poker, you would do well to attend. With airline fares at multiyear lows, my suggestion is to "just do it". Hi babe
I've seen the notes and I have known for some time that this was when the seminar would be held. I'm not saying it should be moved or anything like that, I simply agreed with Barry that I would also appreciate a seminar in late may. We were set on going the 15th of april to be in vegas for the whole series but unfortunately that was not possible so we won't be arriving until may 1st =( Trust me, I'd very much like to visit the seminar if i could!
