Help Me Cook My Steak!

I went to Vons today to pan fry a nice juicy steak. I bought a Ranchers Reserve Beef Chuck Boneless Steak thats somewhat thin (guy there said it would cook better on a stove). Then when I got home I realized I didn't know how to cook it. [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] I think I have to use oil right? I also got some potatos, I can microwave these things right?
