Default EP single tables always this passive?

I just moved to empire from party, where I made good $/hr on sng's, at the $11 and $22 level. well, I have just lost 10 buy ins, not only at the $11 level, but also the $6. the biggest reason I can point to is that they play so damn passively, and this just doesnt work for me at the 800 chip starting stack. Im pretty desperate here, Im about to lose this entire 200 deposit, and I'll be broke for a while if I do (I made my usual cashout at PP before this).

my question is, are these even worth playing? these are more passive at both those buy-ins than PP at $22!!

thanks for the answers.
