Please my intention is not to brag.

After all, in both hands I flopped the winners and did not bet them. Pure luck. I was curious to know if I could have got more from the four 8's hand.

Obviously in the second hand, my opponents play, dictated my betting.

I don't think it matters what you do in the first hand. Just bet in a way that he can't put you on a single 8 let alone two of them. He seems like a total donk who reckons AT on Txx is the holy nuts anyway so I reckon you'll get his stack 99% of the time here.
