double referral?

if someone signs up for a site thru an affiliate like PSO can they still use the refered by option which many sites offer (ie u get 25$ friend gets 50$)? If does do u still get the PSO gift etc

As far as I know, I don't think you can do that. The simple matter is, they're paying for somoene to bring them more business. Once they have your business from one referral, they would have no incentive to spend more on another, for the same customer.
