I had some fold equity is this good?

I don't like it. I don't think you need that pot so much.

Edit: Checked w/ ICM and it says it's a fold.

Should be an elementary fold in this situation.

(Situation meaning stack size, buyin level, 4 players left etc)

I don't like it. You want to have something decesent. That doesn't even beat the average hand.
