Default Big Bets per hour

I don't know how to pose this question properly.

How many BB won per hour is considered good?

BB/100 accounts for multi-tabling and slow tables.

anything > 0 is good. search topics for winrate to see the endless discussions about this.

2-4 is pretty good, anything lower is a little shady and anything higher is probably impossible to sustain over time

And I'm pretty sure ig0r is refering to 2-4 BB/100 hands, not 2-4BB/Hour.
So the difference is huge between live games and internet games, single tabling and multitabling etc..

I'm a noob, but...

We want you to play well enough to earn $50,000 a year or more playing 3/6 online. (SSH 341)

According to this, assuming 40 hrs/week, 52 weeks/year, that's 4 BB/hr. Lets say 40 hands/hr. That's 10 BB/100hands.

50000 / year
2000 hours

25 / hour

3 BB/100 is an excellent sustained winrate at 3/6

thus $18/100 hands at 3/6

25 / hour reached when playing 140 hands / hour

so average about 2.5 - 3 tables when you play and you have your $50K.

of course, 8 hours of 3-tabling every day is a major grind.

anything above .01bb/100 over a long period of time is good because it shows you're a winning player.
