Was Sharky a younger, darker skinned guy (maybe middle-east decent) with sunglasses that were more like small prescription types? If so, sounds like a guy I call "Mr. Smooth". His mannerisms crack me up but he's not a bad player.

BINGO!

Is a 3 hour wait at a place as big as Foxwood's typical?

For 2/4 and 4/8. I usually jump on a stud table until I get called. But, that means 5/10 stud which is slightly beyond my bankroll.

Jekyl/Hyde "flying F-Bomb" woman who's husband also plays 5-10?

....that's gotta be Marge.....her husband is Tony (sliver hair/pony tail)....both late 50's/early 60's......that's a bit after WWII, however!!

Yup....Marge can sure be a pain the ass sometimes...when she's losing, she gets VERY nasty & insulting. You can't let it get to you, though.

Watch her play....very loose/poor starting hand selection, extremely over-aggressive when losing.....very little concept of proper position play.....will generally chase very bad draws all the way to the river.

She's been a "regular" there for years, and as such, considers herself an "expert", and seems to have no problem letting anyone know about it, either.

I love to play at a table with her, as she has the ability to generate action AND put other players on tilt at the same time.....all-in-all, just another one of those poker room denizens that, IMO, consistently contributes to the +EV players.

Marge, I love her. Whenever I play with her, I engage her in polite conversation. She returns the kindness by never betting the River against me when we are HU and she has me beat.
