Poker sites use RNG with number sets corresponding to each card generally containing strings of 10 or more digits to order cards. Lou, the results are random, standard deviations reflect swings, and the card rooms could NOT care less about your 10 20 100 or even 3000 bucks. Random results are critical to their biz, believe me, they going to produce them.

Hey Al, I read your posts, and think you've got a lot of great stuff to say. While I personally do not feel that online poker sites cheat their clients, to say that it doesn't happen because of the eventual destruction of a highly profitable business isn't quite right. One thing I've learned is to never underestimate the power of corporate greed. I don't doubt the integrity of the online games, I am just voicing my opinion on why I think it is not out of the question for a site to cheat, if it really felt it would never get caught.

Why would Martha Stewart try and save a few hundred thousand dollars by acting on an insider tip? It's obviously stupid to do so, since it helped to crash her company a bit.

Why do companies cook their books to beat Wall Street estimates? Was performing in-line with analysts' estimates not enough?

just remember im not that kind of player that loses bankroll after bankroll neither am i addicted to the game.. i just wonder why when u see cards at showdown and compare them to the current board.. chances of winnin that hand were maybe lower than 5 percent on turn... and its happenin all the time!.. for example how can a player call 2 strong bets preflop and on flop that costs almost his whole stack with AK when i have AA and he gets exactly 2 kings on turn and river?..i can accept these hands for sure but why is it happenin always within a short period of time?

i asked if i was paranoid facing all the bad beats within a couple of hours and sessions. maybe yes maybe not.. but can anyone of us- no matter if he has played at the WSOP final table for the 5th time, or an average online player- be 100% sure that the game isnt slithly rigged.. of course there are economical risks for the site.. i know.. but when u think of online casinos offering roulette and black jack would you say the same? the game cant be rigged the risks are too big? but wouldnt it be risky too if all the unskilled players realized that theyre hourly losing rate at a 1/2 holdem table is much higher than playin black jack with an optimized strategy? and if anyone like me is saying single hands seem to have magic rivers .. who cares.. as long as the game continues.. i dont say that online poker is cheating all the way..

only because online poker sites seem to cash out regularly and doesnt run away with the money doesnt include that the game software isnt able to detect anything in the game structure to deal an action hand to get the players excited from time to time. we, the players, say poker is a game of skill but of chance too, so we accept losing streaks as a matter of fact and we know there are several players that have played poker for a living and they went through the dark tunnel of a losing streak too in their lives. but again saying online poker cant be rigged because of the economical risks is just common sense. i even have no clue where all these sites are, maybe mediterranean sea, costa rica?..why should i say then the game cant be rigged only because i requested some cash outs succesfully?

the whole poker thing whether played at a casino with real cards or online is only based on common sense and experience

Things got better it seemed for me card wise after I cashed out successfully. Not to mention, I preferred to get a check and they actually Fed Exed it to me (on multiple occasions) and advised me that all 4 digit cashout checks are sent Fed Ex. The sites are fair, not saying there couldn't be a shady one out there as there are shady people in every biz, but for the most part I believe online is even safer than physical cards...

The biggest reason, cheats have a HARDER TIME online!!! Why? because unlike a regular casino where a team could trap and bait an unsuspecting tourist without showing their cards perhaps...online these patterns are detectable and records exist of the cards which can be tracked and cheaters could be dealt with accordingly.

Once again: THE CARD ROOMS WANT A FAIR GAME!!!! period.
They do not care about your "little" account. I don't mean little in a bad way as 99.99% of accounts are little. They value your account, and they value you as a repeat customer, and they are not going to write a program to CHANGE your cards so that you lose.
