Default What to do with JJ here

i don't have the hand history. Second level of a 33.

UTG had taken 2 bad beats and was down to 400 chips.

he open pushes for 400.

Folded to me in the Co w/ J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (t800 chips)

I would call, assuming not too many people behind you. My rationale would be that UTG would want to milk AA-QQ for more by limping or at least not overtly pushing. AK-A2; low pok pair are most likely, so you are going to be a favorite, maybe a nice 80/20 one.

yeah, saw the position on the reread. w 3 behind, i think it is a push, as you don't want someone else playing with you. however, a fold wouldnt keep me up at night.

I call this too. Even with 3 people behind you, once you call, they will fold unless they have a premiun hand. If one of them comes over the top, then I fold. But, I still call this, because he could be steamed from the two previous bad beats and is pushing something like AJ or KQ or a lower PP.

I don't think calling then folding to a push is an option here for half your stack. Just push and try to shut out the rest of the field.

It appears he is steaming. I push and expect to see anything from 22-1010, A8-AK. Amazing how often you see somebody push after taking some bad beats, especially online.

It's not an option, IMO.
