Default iPod crashed

http://www.apple.com/support/ipod came up, but there wasn't any useful information there.

It froze two or three times today, and I reset it, and it worked fine. Does it sound like I need to go to an Apple Store?

Default Re: iPod crashed

My friend had an ipod constantly going nuts. After he called apple support, he said it was already returned once. The agent said he would send him a box, to return the ipod, and he would get a new model. Might be good to hassle their phone support.
