Default BB/100 Math/Stats Question

I use pokertracker to calculate my winrate BB/100. How many hands should I have in my database before the margin of error is less than 5%. So if my true winrate is 2BB/100, the winrate on pokertracker would at worse read 1.9BB or 2.1 BB.
