You are not screwed and you are the better team. Happy?
You have great players (I think most of them will be back), a great team mentality, and a coach who knows how to teach both fundamentals and the little things that gives his team the edge. He also was a good defensive coordinator when he had that job. That said, he doesn't draw up the game plans each week. I'm sure he has input, but most of the plays and schemes are delegated.
