Default lost ~90% of BR

bad run, bad play, tilt, not stepping down soon enough, etc.

My roll was at $25K at one point. Now it's under $2K. I play NL. My regular game was 5-10 blinds. I'd buy-in for $500 live and $1000 online.

The past 2 months have been cruel.

Anyone experience anything similar and if so, could you provide me with some words of wisdom or some advice? Should I take a break and get a real "job" and save money so that I can go back to my regular stakes? Should I start at NL $25 and try to work my way back up? Today I tried to play 1/2 blinds but the stakes seem so low that I play too loose it seems.

I'm really frustrated and stressed and my life seems very miserable because of my roll.
