Default Live Shootout All-In - Go Now or Wait?

Live 9 player shootout. Blinds are at 200/400 $25 ante and moving up next hand to $400/800 $50 ante.

I have $2750 in chips from a starting $10k each. With blinds raising up, I'm about to be eaten so needed to move quickly.

I'm in BB, and have 9Ts - the clear short stack on the table. 8 players remain.

UTG is a weak-tight player - he's slightly loose, and fairly passive. He raises to 1200 UTG. I put him on picture cards, or possibly AJ-AK from past play.

All fold to me, at this point the pot is laying me $600 in blinds, $200 in antes for 8 remaining, and his $1200 for a total of $2000. I think there is a small chance he will fold, but likely will call an all-in for an additional 1550. A non-dominated hand such as this makes me a 3:2 dog to higher cards. My $2750 would win a $3550 profit so I'm getting less than required odds but options are getting dimmer.

What's the play?
