I think that the other replies are generally what you are going to hear. I don't think it was a good idea to test their will on two separate issues.

I don't really have any experiences dealing with these issues, so I don't have anything new to add.

Thats a relief. I have no experience with pokeredge but I assume that it has been banned also. Also what time is it in the UK right now. Anyone? Cant believe they havent got back to me and told me to go to hell yet.

I don't really care if you're using PP. I think the bigger issue from Eurobet's side would be possible collusion.

Eurobet's site does say that the best times to contact them are between 7am-6pm (GST), so they should be there by now.

They just got to work and emailed me. Basically said F-U and that they did not want me too play at there site. They did not give me a reason as to why my account was being closed but they did let me have my money. Weird. Im on rakeback so maybe that has something to do with it. They might be slowly weeding out the RB. Like I said the PP warning was almost 6 months ago. Oh well.

Finally emailed and said they did not want my play anymore. No reason as to why. Got to thinking maybe there weeding out there rakebackers. They netellered my money and said dont come back. Who knows?

There is no reason to even mention that this has anything to do with rakeback. Why would you even say that, not in one, but two posts. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt it has nothing to do with rakeback. Especially from Eurobet. Wouldn't it be safer to assume that you tried to break their rules twice and this is why they are closing your account? No, nevermind, that would actually accepting responsibiility instead of starting dumbass rumors.

At least you got your money back.
