I call this every time and am almost always amazed by the crap im shown. Even if he managed to hit two pair you got a bunch of outs.

THat is a dangerous board to be calling with AK. I've called many times w/AK and a board that looked like that (or with a three flush), and most times I'm beat. It is still early. I seriously consider folding. Am I the only one?

Note that the following is not exactly what I recommend but just some general strategical advice that makes sense in a lot of situations similar to this:

If you plan to fold to a check raise, then check behind on the turn. I suspect that if you took this route you would feel a lot better calling later bets (as your opponent is much more likely to bluff after you showed weakness or bet a weak hand for value), and if your opponent is behind they usually don't have THAT many outs. Also if you are behind, you are also giving yourself a shot at some free outs.

The above applies if you are planning to fold when checkraised allin. If you plan to call any raise, then betting is fine.

Basically this is the type of bridge you should often cross before you come to it. It's always best to know in advance what you will do if your opponent moves allin on you and then model your actions accordingly.
