Time to give E-DOGG his props
Erik Lindgren is exploding upon the poker scene. He wins the first ever Party Poker Million on-line tournament and then does nothing to follow it up but win a no-limit and a limit WPT event in this it's second season. He also made a final table ina WPT Paris event (can't remember if it was this seacon or last) and was busted on a bluff that knocked him out. I'm sure there are many more accomplishments that I'm unaware of. Look out for this guy. Probably one of the most successful tournament players this year.

Re: Time to give E-DOGG his props
It doesn't hurt that he seems to catch monster cards every time he makes a final table, however, there's no doubt that superior skill is what got him to all the final tables in the first place.

Re: Time to give E-DOGG his props
I think he's a very good player. I couldn't believe how many people came out bashing him because he caught cards to win in Aruba. It's not like getting a little lucky makes you a bad player.

Lindgren didn't win the first Party Poker Millions Tourney, Kathy Leibert did. He DID win Party Poker Millions III. The event you saw last night that you referred to as his third win (Millions, the earlier NLHE event, and now the hold'em event), was simply the Party Poker Millions boat, being shown well after the fact of course. All that said, he's having a great year. |

Re: Time to give E-DOGG his props
It seems like every show that Erik Lindgren is in is always super boring.

Is E-DOGG really THAT good?
I'm sorry. Someone was going to do it eventually.

Re: Time to give E-DOGG his props
I hate to be the one to break this to you guys, but if you're playing poker in a way that it's not boring to a point; you're playing it wrong. Why should it be any different on T.V.?

Re: Time to give E-DOGG his props
(Possibly) stupid question:
Does anyone know Lindgren's screenname at Stars? Just curious. |
