Default 1982 NCAA National Championship Game

i am watching the 82' UNC vs. Georgetown game, the one that put jordan on the map with that game winner.

watching this makes me miss him playing, you just dont see guys do the little things like he did to win. i am watching him play intense defense, out-rebound patrick ewing and showing the highest basketball IQ on the court that consisted of james worthy, sam perkins and patrick ewing and he was only a freshman!

does anyone think their will ever be a player to do more for the game than jordan did ever again?

Probably not. Atleast not for a long time.

my sarcasm detector might be a little off but if you are serious you need to know he wont even be an impact player in the NBA and maybe not even a player in the NBA for very long

Using most metrics, Lebron James is looking like he'll surpass Jordan in terms of performance. "Do more for the game" is a pretty hard term to define.

P.S: Yes, I know Lebron hasn't played long enough to make it a reasonable comparison yet. Just saying that if he continues to improve as he has so far, he will end up a better player IMO.

performance wise? or statisticlly??

lebron has a looooong way to go to perform like jordan, now lebron may match or even pass jordan in numbers but that has nothing to do with performance.
