Default heads-up winning hand percentages

Ok, someone at our weekly game asked how, on the World Poker Tour, they figure out the percentages for a hand being a favorite over the other hand in play (ie. heads up ATo vs. 88). I thought it would be easy, but am struggling. You have to account for the over cards pairing, the possible straights, flushes, etc... How does the calculation work? And, is there a site or software that will crank these out for you? Thanks much!

Check out www.twodimes.net/poker. There is also a hand analyzer at cardplayer.com.
