They are known as spoonerisms. I was considering one as my new party nickname: 50 ways to love your lever. There are plenty more, just use google.

Maybe. I guess these are puns based on spoonerisms, but maybe pun is wrong too. You'll figure it out, I'm sure.

Yes. A spoonerism is transliterating one letter/sound. I have no idea what these are called.
