Default The best winning book: a live one

How good would be to have in our games an invisible Mason Malmuth back to our chair?

Mason dictate us the correct moves for every hand and, best of it, after the sessions he could explain hand by hand WHY the moves he suggested were correct.

The best available "live" book.

How much does it cost it, Mason?

Define very expensive. Ballpark figure would suffice.
