i don't think your preflop limp is the right move, first of all. some would say that since you have less than 10 BBs you are basically in an all in or fold situation, but i personally in the lower tourneys that i play am hard pressed to go all in preflop in the early stages unless i have a monster. that having been said, i personally would have probably folded this preflop, since you are not really down and out yet, you've still got time, and you can wait for a better hand to make a move with. that is just my opinion though.
as far as your flop bet, you have a very good hand at this point, and i definitely agree with your flop bet.
