noone wants to seem to mention that the likely possibility that this guy is just hanging from wires in front of a blue screen and then they replace the background with the public areas in which he levitates.

the wires are harnessed around his waist and attatched to fixed points out to the sides and slightly above him. they are then pulled taught and voila, he looks like a giant douche!
