Turn and River Bets

OK...this is a BB hand that actually does hit [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. Preflop, I know I fold to any raise. On the flop, I know I fold to any raise.

But how much do I bet on the turn? I have the nuts, but it's vulnerable to a club. I bet the pot, but still feel like that's weak. At the same time, overbetting the pot seems wrong too.

And the river: DAMN! The only hands that I was afraid of calling me just hit. I think 100 is an ok bet, might get called by TPTK but a flush will definately raise and I can ditch unscathed. As it stands, everyone folded and I was never going to win/lose much money here; but was my line OK? What is a better one?
