What\'s the probability of not winning a single hand in 72?
I don't know how often I'm this cold but I noticed this especially strongly since i was only playing 1 table. Any ideas? |

Re: What\'s the probability of not winning a single hand in 72?
Edit: At first I thought 0.9^72 but that's obviously not true since I'm playing less hands and (hopefully) I'm plyaying better. Right?

[/ QUOTE ] assuming you enough enough hands at this level, i'd use your historical winrate -- that is, 1 - (hands won/total hands) -- instead of .9. It's not clear that a winning player wins more than 10% of the hands he plays, though this may be true in most cases. for example, an extremely tight player may win less than 10% of the hands he plays in, but still win money overall because he has a high won $ at showdown stat. gm |
