Wow I read these posts and figured I need to chime in.

I remember a time before BW was up and running. Information came into the Zoo but so did false information on bonus opportunities. We did not have any kind of math on what the bonus was worth per hour ETC.

Now a forum is created specific for bonus opportunities without the "Is Party down?" clutter and people bitch? Further those that want to know if Party is down no longer have to wade through new site or reload bonus posts, and yet they bitch?

Jek and I have had our differences in the past but to criticize the fact the BW is paying for this forum both with $$$ and the gathering of profitable information for the readers is an indicator to how intelligent some of our posters are.

Now to you Mr. Jek. The title of this site is "Internet Bonuses" I expect to find new site and reload bonuses as well as Casino and Sportbook bonuses as these fall under that heading.

In short if you keep this forum in the same spirit as you started BW (Find ways for your readers to profit) then this is great for intelligent people that like money and Me and my critters got your back. (No matter how much you dislike my split personalities.)

Here's what the Zoo is still about:
Softness of games at poker sites
where to find certain games/limits
bots
conspiracy theories
party/stars etc mods
Party's stance on PokerEdge, GameTime+, PTracker, etc
New sites coming out
Old sites going out of business
legal issues pertaining to online poker

There're still plenty of things to discuss in the Zoo. That's part of the reason for the split. The Zoo is so busy, a split only makes sense.

You can still have one shop bonus shopping, here. The only thing campaigning for everyone to post bonuses in the Zoo is going to do, is slowdown the split.

While I may be fighting the inevitable, which I doubt, it is still worth the effort.

Actually the correct title of this forum, as shown on the sticky at the top of the page, is "bonuswhores.com internet bonuses"

And therein lies the question/problem. Is this just an advertising site disguised as a forum, or is it a legitimate open forum where ALL bonuses, etc. can be discussed, not just those from which BW stands to profit?

THAT is the question . . .

Skinner,

As poker players we look for betting patterns.

2+2's pattern is profitable content for the reader.

BW has displayed info on their site for the reader with NO requirement that they profit in return.

My read on this hand is that we will be able to discuss any profitable bonuses that we want.

As I mentioned over in the Zoo, the above title is too long. If we can come up something in < 24 characters that will fit, I'll be happy to take that up with Chuck.

We paid a good deal of money to sponsor this forum, and expect a huge portion of the topics discussed to be neutral to BW. However, we are not going to facilliate the advertising of our competitors, if they want you to know about something, it's their job to tell you themselves. If you want to talk about their offers, they have their own forums.

The problem here is that this forum is biased.

When you say things like "This forum is now the appropriate place for bonus discussion.",it implies that ALL bonus discussion is supposed to go in this forum.

Which is fine I guess if 2+2 wanted to restrict bonus discussion to not include ALL bonus discussion.

Bottom Line-

If ALL bonus discussion is not allowed in this forum,you shouldn't be implying that this is the apropriate forum on 2+2 for bonus discussion to take place.

Just my opinion
