Default Fool for not releasing?

Villian is a 39VPIP 9PFR% over a mere 60 hands. The pevious hand I had taken a decent pot from him with QQ vs KK. In that hand he had raised/called the 3bet preflop & bet/raised/called the cap & check/called down on a 3459T board.

Am I a fool for not folding this turn?

sure looks like he has a Q but I dont mind your call down here. If you raise the turn and fold to a 3 bet you invest the same number of bets but dont get a showdown.

What does UTG's 3-bet after his PFR mean to you? AA, KK, QQ, AQ, KQ? Much less likely JJ-TT. I don't think you have a 1 in 6.75 chance of having more than 2 outs, even with the high VPIP. I think you can fold here.

I think it's very clear that he has a Q here, but hey, most 2/4 players play A8s the same way.

I think you should've lost at least 2 more BBs on the turn.

I don't think you're a fool for it, but I think it was wrong. Given his play, there's certainly at least an 80% chance you're behind to a queen (probably AQ), or maybe 88).

With a drawless board I might call the flop 3-bet and look to raise a good turn card.

I lean toward folding. Most players will not be 3-betting this flop without at least TP.

Edit: To say please don't include results.

Seriously? After he raised UTG in a ten handed game, then led the turn after Hero capped the flop? This after he went passive with a QQ overpair after a capped flop? I could at least see a case for calling down, but there's no way he's got an underpair/nothing more often than a queen/AA/88 here..
