$5 - Help my play in this SNG - #2

HAND #1

OK, hadn't seen villian show down a hand, his stack had just dwindled away it seemed by chasing draws with incorrect odds, as he'd folded to a few river bets with obvious draws on board and given poor odds. So I assumed he wasn't anything special. He'd also limped into about half the pots so far. It's a WA/WB situation for sure... but how often do you think you see a weaker 7 here making me able to continue with the hand? Made straight also possible. Do you fold, or push given read on villian?

Some pretty even stacks, and an M too low to be making a small raise here so it's push or fold in my opinion? Who here would push and who folds? Just like some help on my bubble play here...

Now I'm ITM, I put out a good raise and get pushed all-in. Second time villian has pushed in 5 hands, blinds had only just increased... so you make the call? Call or fold...
