Default BB vs SB, nobody showing strength

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (7 handed) converter

MP2 (t870)
CO (t1630)
Button (t2530)
SB (t735)
Hero (t550)
UTG (t1245)
MP1 (t440)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
5 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (t100) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: (t100) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: (t100) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: t100

Should I bet at some point here? I feel like these come up fairly often. I basically never bet here unless I hit two pair. I either win or lose a showdown or a min bet gets me out of the pot.

I'm curious as to how others handle such situations.

Toss T50 at the flop. It doesnt matter what you have.

I move allin preflop, I bet flop every time in random partypoker tournament (bet about 60-75). They will fold 70% of the time at least. This makes it a pretty easy math question as to whether or not you should bet the flop, as they don't need to fold nearly this often to make it +ev.
