Default Blisters From Soccer

I've been playing soccer for a week now and have bad blisters on both my heels. I've been playing through it lately but it's getting kind of annoying. Should I just keep playing and hope they heel or take time off? I want them to get better don't want to stop playing soccer!

i don't know how bad your blisters are though.

My rec-league soccer team went 3-0 this week. Won today 5-2 to improve our record to 4-1-1 and into a tie for 2nd place in Division 4 of the Greater Memphis Soccer Association.

Cut off any dead skin and put neosporin on the "wound" and cover it with a bandage during the day, and when you go to bed at night undress it and let it "air out" all night, repeat steps the next day.

Wear two socks on each foot when you are playing soccer until they heal up, it will help.

alobar gives good advice. also, you get a first aid material similiar to neosporin that is called "second skin." when playin put a bandage on before you play.
