Default Being check-raised with TPTK, L1 $10+1

After the check raise, I get scared of 99,TT, A10, A9, but can I/should I fold here? In a higher buy-in, I would lay it down, but at the $11s, I think I'm going to see a weaker A here a great deal of the time. Any advice? No relevant reads...

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (10 handed) converter

UTG+2 (t760)
MP1 (t1105)
MP2 (t750)
Hero (t730)
CO (t370)
Button (t580)
SB (t900)
BB (t775)
UTG (t1310)
UTG+1 (t720)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls t30, 2 folds, MP1 calls t30, 1 fold, Hero raises to t120, 4 folds, UTG folds, MP1 calls t90.

Flop: (t315) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets 200, MP1 raises all-in (has me covered), Hero...

ugh...looks like he got the best of you
i wouldnt be surprised to see foe calling the preflop raise with AT, TT or 99 at this table (or T8, 54, 32)

youre pot committed, you only have 300 chips left
call and start up another game while the cards fall
