UB Supers (100+9) general questions

I won a couple of UB Super Chips, that I need to use before I finally leave their site and I have a couple of questions for those people who are familiar with these tournies.
How tough are these games? Are they markedly tougher than the $20 buy in multis? Does general tight-aggresive play yield good results, or will I need to get a big stack fairly early to the top 5?
