Default 60% Rakeback ??

I talked about playing at raiseandfold poker room before. I want to see if the % I came up with is correct or if I am way off base.

They offer 100% deposit bonus up to $500, as well as reduced rake tables $2 on 1/2 and higher limits.

If the math is right I come up with about 60% in returned rake without them actually paying me week to week or month to month.

Does this sound about right, or am I way off base with the math?

Let me know.

there's no reason to play at a shitty poker site with shitty game selection unless you can get a prop deal and get 100% rakeback.

I guess I look at differently. These are the games I play, and I am making good money there. It's not a shitty site, it is new. Big difference in my view.

I have cashed out a few times already with no issues, instant neteller payouts and deposits. I really don't even care about the bonus, it's a perk in my eyes, the reduced rake tables do it for me.

I normally play 2/4 on up, so this is a great situation.

I think if people give it a shot, see what it is all about, and overlook the limited games, the room will blossom.

I am not out to argue, but shitty was harsh. There are a lot of those rooms out there, to me this isn't one of them.

The guaranteed tournaments are soft, and they don't meet the requirements, so the house is covering the guarantee. I don't mind that either.

More money for me !

Now if I can get an answer on my 60% math equation.

You say that because I defend why I am playing there. I took offense to someone saying I was playing at a shitty site.

I don't think it's shitty, and until I do, it's not in my view.

Pardon me for defending my choice of rooms that I play in.

Personally I think UB is a shitty room. So now someone that plays at UB can come take offense to what I said.

Pretty funny.

If anyone can answer the math question which started this thread I would appreciate it.

This has gotten way off course with a few off the cuff remarks from people that didn't answer the question, but shot off instead.

No offense to both of you, but you didn't answer my question.

Perhaps the reason you havent got an answer to your question is that you didnt provide enough information. You didnt say at what rate the bonus cleared. You didnt give a rake structure for the reduced rake tables. And you didnt say what games you were playing, what the average rake was, or the average # of players.

I think the reason you didnt get an answer is "Garbage in, Garbage out".
