Yes, and you should fold it. Only with high pairs can you consider calling. I'm sure somebody else will post the math.

Your equity is .21 if you fold, .31 if you call and win, and 0 if you call and lose. Your expected gain is (chance of winning) * (.31). For this to be greater than .21, your chance of winning would have to be better than 67%, but even against two random cards AQo only has a 64% chance of winning. So even if you knew your opponent would go all-in with anything here, you should still fold.
That's a bit counter-intuitive.

It will give you a tremendous amount of confidence when you confirm it was the right move, and hopefully plug some leaks if you're not pushing enough or pushing too much. I was convinced to finally buy it earlier this week and I couldn't be happier.
